IN THE LAST 5 DAYS HAVE YOU HAD SYMPTOMS OF COLD, FLU OR COVID INCLIDING:
RUNNY OR CONGESTED NOSE, FEVER, COUGH, FATIGUE OR
HEADACHES OUTSIDE THE NORMNAL?
OR HAVE YOU OR ANYONE YOU’VE BEEN WITH TESTED POSITIVE ON A RAPID TEST?IF SO WE ASK YOU TO WAIT 5 DAYS FROM THE DAY AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF SYMPTOMS (OR A POSITIVE TEST) BEFORE COMING IN FOR TREATMENT.

ALSO:
MASKING WILL BE VOLUNTARY AS OF APRIL 2023 - WE WILL CONTINUE TO  CALL YOU FOR PRE-SCREENING PRIOR TO EACH APPOINTMENT.
IF YOUR THERAPIST IS NOT WEARING A MASK AND YOU WISH THEM TO, JUST ASK, THEY WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH IT :)
